Hevik: Stories and Games (“the App”) is a free application offering stories and games designed for children. This policy explains exactly what the App does and does not collect. We keep it deliberately specific rather than general.
The App does not collect, request or store any of the following:
The App can be used immediately after installation. No registration is required at any point.
The App saves the following locally, using your device’s own storage. This data is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when the App is uninstalled:
Because this data stays on one device, it does not transfer between devices and we cannot recover it if the App is removed.
The App displays advertising to remain free of charge. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. We have configured it with the following restrictions, which apply to every ad request the App makes:

Ads are contextual only. We do not build advertising profiles, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking is performed. To deliver ads, prevent fraud and limit how often the same ad is shown, Google may process device-level technical information such as device identifiers, device type, operating system version and approximate region derived from the IP address. This processing is carried out by Google as described in the Google Privacy & Terms.
We additionally block ad categories that are unsuitable for children in our AdMob account settings.
Reducing ads: collecting all five daily stars in the App earns that day’s certificate and turns off end-of-level ads for the remainder of the day.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand which content is used, so we can improve the App. Only anonymous, aggregated events are recorded:
No names, no accounts and no user-provided content are attached to these events. We do not assign user identifiers and we do not attempt to identify individual children.
Analytics is configured in consent mode with advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization all disabled. Only anonymous analytics storage is enabled.
The App is completely free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
We do not sell or share data with any other third party.
The App is designed for children. Because it collects no personal information and serves only non-personalized, age-appropriate advertising, it is operated in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy and Apple’s guidelines for apps aimed at children.

We operate no servers holding user data and we store no personal information, so there is no user account or personal database that could be exposed. Data stored on the device is protected by the device’s own operating system safeguards.
We may update this policy as the App changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If we begin collecting any category of data not described here, we will update this policy before that change takes effect.
